On the first day of filming at 1 pm, Jess and Adam drove to ASDA to buy food. Meanwhile, Brandon and I transported my equipment, props and the set dressing to St Vincent's in Brandon's car. We unloaded the television, prop box, cabinet and the gramophone to Room 14 & 15 where we would be filming. We moved the equipment into room 3 and set the room up ready for the makeup artists.

One thing I had not thought of is people turning up early, while I had been setting up Amina had arrived and asked the gear store where I was, Sam came and found me and told me she had arrived. In hindsight, I should have got someone on the door to meet our cast and crew as they arrived. Fiona also had to find me when Jake Guale, the sound mixer arrived; this was unprofessional as the location staff should not be responsible for greeting guests.
